What You Will Be Doing
- As a Software Engineer you will work within in our LAMP Stack environment.
- Design, develop, and test software applications in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment using agile methods.
- Actively contribute to team discussions on software design, architecture and process improvements.
- Get the opportunity to experiment with new technologies and tools.
- You will get to participate in group events, hackathons and contests with a team that really enjoys working together
- Provide time estimates, constraints and potential risks.
- Plan and prioritize development tasks in order to achieve objectives.
- Design test protocols to provide high levels of confidence in software's stability, usability, and security.
- Design and develop automated test suites.
- Write and maintain XML and JSON integrations.
What You Need for this Position
- 3 plus years of development experience
- Experience with the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP)
- Experience with AWS and JavaScript
- We would also highly consider someone with full stack .net development experience
- MVC experience is also a major plus
- Experience with PHP or Python is a plus but we can teach that if you don't know it.
